Cash rate (per 50-minute session):

• $175 for individual sessions

• $200 for couples or family sessions

Insurance accepted: Anthem, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, and Carelon Behavioral Health

For clients using out-of-network benefits, I can provide a monthly superbill that includes the information insurance companies typically require. Please be aware that a superbill does not guarantee reimbursement. Any reimbursement, coverage decisions, or denials are determined solely by your insurance company, and clients are responsible for all fees regardless of insurance outcomes.
