Do you Accept Insurance?
Yes. I accept the following insurances:
Anthem, Aetna, Quest Behavioral Health, Carelon Behavioral Health
Do you work with couples and families? Does insurance cover this?
Yes, I work with both couples and families. Insurance may cover couples or family sessions, but this depends on your specific plan and the reason for therapy. Most insurance companies only reimburse services that are considered medically necessary, meaning one partner or family member has a mental health diagnosis and the therapy is part of their treatment plan. Sessions focused primarily on relationship or communication concerns are typically not covered and would be an out-of-pocket expense.
What is your cash rate?
I charge $175 per 50-minute session for individuals, and $200 for couples/family units.
How do I work with you?
First, contact me to schedule a free, 15-minute consultation call.
Your comfort and connection with a therapist are some of the most important parts of the healing process. In our consultation call, we’ll have a chance to get to know each other a little bit and talk about what brings you to therapy. You can share what you’re looking for in a therapist, what you hope to work on, and ask any questions you might have about my approach or how I work.
This call is also an opportunity for us to see whether we feel like a good fit. There’s no pressure or commitment. It is a friendly, open conversation to help you decide what feels right for you as you take this next step in your care. I look forward to hearing from you!

What format do you use for sessions?
All sessions take place virtually, so you can join from the comfort of your own home or any private space where you feel at ease. After our consultation call, I’ll walk you through a simple online process to confirm your insurance and schedule your first session. It’s quick and straightforward, and I’ll make sure everything is set up so you can focus on beginning your therapy journey.
What should I expect in our first session?
In our first session, we’ll take some time to get to know each other and talk about what’s bringing you to therapy. I’ll ask a few questions about your background, what’s been going on recently, and what you’d like to focus on. This initial conversation helps me understand your needs and goals so we can create a plan that feels clear, supportive, and tailored to you.
